After his initial debuts in Northern Italy, where he played the roles of Doctor Grenvil in Giuseppe Verdi's La Traviata and Colline in Giacomo Puccini's La Bohème, he sang at the Frankfurt Opera in the role of the “Pretore” in Gioachino Rossini's La Gazza Ladra.
He has also portrayed Don Alfonso in Così Fan Tutte at Kavala Cosmopolis Festival, the Commendatore in Don Giovanni at the Rasi Theater in Ravenna and the King of Egypt in Giuseppe Verdi's Aida at the Amman Opera Festival.
He actively participated as a comprimario in the 2021, 2022, and 2023 seasons at both the Frankfurt Opera and the Staatstheater in Wiesbaden, as well as at the Bregenz Festival in Austria.
He has had and continues to have a substantial concert activity in Germany, France, Switzerland, and Italy.
Currently, he is a member of the Accademia Verdiana of the Teatro Regio of Parma, under the direction of Francesco Izzo with Silvia Dalla Benetta.
Agostino Subacchi's upcoming engagements include The Policeman in Phillis Tate's The Lodger and Masetto in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Don Giovanni at the Wuppertal Opera House.
